Buying a home after a short sale....it happens everyday!

Several years ago when we first started to see the new normal shift to short sales, I represented several sellers as they short sold their homes.  Now today, two and three years (sometimes longer) I am seeing these sellers return to the market place to become homeowners again....the key...a solid loan pre-approval with a lender experienced in navigating lending after a short sale.  Stay tuned as the new normal shifts again and we see people reclaiming the dream of home ownership....I love my job!
